All Rinkside orders ship from Ontario, Canada. 🇨🇦 Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking information by email.

DELIVERY TIMING

Most orders arrive approximately 10–14 days from order to delivery.

Rinkside is a small business, and every order is packed with care (and a lot of Mom-love). During launches, holidays or especially busy periods, timing may vary slightly. If there are ever unexpected delays with your order, we'll always do our best to keep you updated.

LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pickup is available in Guelph, Ontario.

You'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

I want you to love your Rinkside.

Because we're a small business with limited-run products, we don't offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Need a different size? Email orders@rinksidemomco.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to help with a sizing exchange, depending on availability.

Items must be unworn, unwashed + in original condition.

Canadian orders: If we're able to make the sizing exchange, we'll send you a free return shipping label.

U.S. orders: We're happy to help with sizing exchanges when inventory allows; return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.
